Refund & Return Verification Clause

Refund or replacement requests will be accepted only if the customer provides a clear and continuous unboxing video of the product at the time of delivery.

  • The unboxing video must be recorded without any pause or cuts.

  • The package seal must be clearly visible in the video.

  • The video must show the product condition clearly after opening.

If the product is found damaged, defective, or incorrect in the unboxing video, we will accept the refund or replacement request.

No refund or replacement will be provided without a proper unboxing video.
